The Bot's developers are the only ones permitted to access the data, and solely for the purposes of developing, testing, and implementing new features. The data will not be sold, shared, or provided to any third party, except where required by law or a Terms of Service agreement. We store the data in a secure MongoDB database that can only be accessed by authorized personnel. Our database is protected by robust security measures, such as firewalls, to prevent unauthorized external access and ensure the confidentiality of your information.
You have the right to access the data that pertains to your Discord account at any time. To request access to your data, you can use the inbuilt /feedback command. Additionally, you have the right to request that any relevant data be removed from our system.
To function properly, the bot collects your User ID and Guild ID, as well as the number of messages you send (Message Count). Please note that we do not store or use message content for any purpose other than to provide the bot's features. Your privacy is important to us, and we take measures to ensure that your data is protected and used only in accordance with our policies.
The use of the Bot is not permitted for minors under the age of 13, or under the age of legal consent for their country. This is in compliance with the Discord Terms of Service. No information will be knowingly stored from an underage user. If it is found out that a user is underage we will take all necessary action to delete the stored data.
